INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Your Profile Information

Any information you provide when creating/editing a profile becomes publicly available and accessible to other Anime.Fans users. Currently, you can provide the following information about yourself: name, surname, gender, profile picture (avatar), date of birth, country and city of residence, short profile link (nickname), “about me” field, list of favorite anime.

Publications and Content

You can publish texts, videos, photos, polls, media stories, and links to external resources in your profile or managed group, as well as in response to another post. All information you publish becomes publicly available and can be viewed by other users in news feeds and recommendations.

Photo and Video Albums

Users can create photo and video albums in their profile and in groups. This content is accessible to other users depending on the privacy settings of the album or group.

Videos and Photos

All uploaded photos and videos become available to other users unless restricted by privacy settings and can be downloaded or forwarded by other users.

Anime Lists

Users can create anime lists, adding anime from the provided list; such lists become available to other users depending on the privacy settings of the specific list.

Private Messages

Users can send private messages to each other, messages and attached content are available only to you and the interlocutor.

Self-Deletion of Profile and Content

Every user can delete their profile and any published content at any time through the application settings or by using the "Delete" function available next to each content item.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases required by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect users' information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new policy on https://anime.fans/privacy.
